Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Refunds

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
